Overall, most head shots/professional images consist of
close ups and use a minimalist colour palette. This creates sense of consistent
professionalism and without the use of over-exposure and colour saturation, it allows
the models in the photos to be seen in a sensible and smart light; this then
also reflects the practicality and style of the models as well as the
photographer, to give the viewer(s) of the photos a better understanding of who
the models are and how they are as individuals.
