Key Partners

• Largely will be self-sufficient but again, will likely require teamwork with company-provided colleagues
• Key partners will be unlikely but if there are to be, they will be staff of companies that I'll be providing my services for as well as any other connections I may have
• Ideal connections with other businesses as well as future requests to return to work with previously worked with connections

Key Activities

• Making contacts with customers as well as establishing links with other businesses
• Communication among co-workers in the workforce
• Building up a good reputation for customers that help boost connections with other customers and businesses

Value Proposition

• Provide self-service in the creative media, primarily in cinematography
• Care value delivered to my audience will be professional and a positive reputable service
• Experienced work in the creative area - part/full-time work depending on contracts agreed upon

Distribution Channels

• I reach my audience directly from producer (myself)
• My audience will largely want to be reached directly (producer to consumer) as it would be viable
• Distribution channels producer - retailer - consumer and producer - consumer work best as they directly (or near enough directly) reach the audiences of my creative enterprise
• These distribution channels can be integrated into audience routines by considering when my enterprise will be applicable to their needs as well as how often my enterprise will be used

Audience Segments

• Businesses within the creative media (production companies primarily)
• Creating value for TV/Film production companies - whether they are large companies or small independent companies
• Most important audience would be big production companies that I can provide my services for

Audience Relationships

• Communication via social media, email and primarily face-to-face contact
• Both informal and formal and professional relationships
• Relationships built with audiences will be integrated with my work in terms of finding a reasonable price for my services and/or any costs I must make as well as how my enterprise will be used to help my audiences
• This will also include building upon already formed informal/formal and professional relationships

• My value proposition will require the key resources as well as a build-up of communications and reputation between different businesses and audiences
• To be considered; a business card scheme to provide to audiences/businesses when completing work

Cost Structure

• Costing for my enterprise will be dependent on what I think I will need
• Self-provided equipment
• Uniform
• Business website
• Transportation (fuel, public transport)
• Most important costs in my line of work would primarily be funding towards my equipment (hired or bought), uniform and transport
• Funding for equipment renting/purchasing will probably be largely the most costly as well as transport

Revenue Stream

• Divide salary wanted by the number of hours worked each year
• E.g. 40 hours/week x 52 weeks = 2080 hours
• Salary provided by customers will be dependent on how many hours worked in relation to desired salary - as well as considering how much they are willing to pay
• Pay rate will be dependent on how much a business/audience is willing to pay as well as what a creative freelance's salary is
• Payment would normally be through a paying system, such as invoices with documents of tax
• Payment rates would depend on whether they'd prefer to pay me based on their own rates or whether I'd want to be paid based on my own rates
• Revenue stream would contribute to overall revenues by focusing on how each revenue I can apply to different key resources as well as personal payment
